On the morning of 12th October, with the sonorous Chinese Young Pioneers’ Team Song, at the merging classroom of the Primary Section, Anqing Foreign Language School observed the grand opening of the 7th Session Young Pioneers’ Representative Conference, which was chaired by Counsellor Rao Dan who also issued a work report at the assembly. Afterwards, student representative Xu Weijie from Class 2, Grade 5 made a speech on behalf of all young pioneers in which he expressed his resolution to become an outstanding young pioneer and wished the conference a complete success in the meantime.
Moreover, 18 candidates appeared on stage in sequence, made fabulous speeches respectively with their meticulously prepared posters and talent shows, which won an eruption of cheers from young pioneer representatives who finally cast their sacred votes to select the new 11 members of the Young Pioneers group committee.
To conclude, the successfully held young pioneer representative assembly not only perfected Anqing Foreign Language School’s Young Pioneers organization, but also provided effective guarantee for the smooth implementation of the young pioneers’ work.
